openKylin Operating System AI Function User Agreement

Important notice: Please read and fully understand this openKylin Operating System AI Function User Agreement (the "Agreement") before using the AI functions of the openKylin desktop operating system (the "openKylin Operating System"). If you do not agree to any part of this Agreement, please do not use the AI-related functions of this operating system. Once you start using them, you are deemed to have understood and agreed to all terms of this Agreement.

I. Scope of the Agreement

The AI functions in the openKylin Operating System are supported by model providers. openKylin software serves only as the technical carrier of the AI application and does not participate in the development, training, data processing, content generation, or review of AI functions. Therefore:

  1. Responsibility for AI-generated content: Content generated by the AI functions is provided by the model provider's AI service. openKylin software makes no guarantee or commitment regarding the accuracy, legality, completeness, or suitability of such content, and assumes no responsibility for any direct or indirect consequences arising from a user's use of AI-generated content.

  2. User responsibility: Users must independently assess the legality and compliance of AI-generated content. Users must not use the AI functions for illegal or non-compliant activities, to infringe the lawful rights of any third party, or to violate public order and good morals. Users shall bear all resulting legal responsibility, and openKylin software assumes no joint liability.

  3. Responsibility of the model provider's AI service: If a user has questions about AI output, or believes that output is infringing, illegal, or inappropriate, the user may provide feedback through the reporting and complaint platform on the model provider's official website (see Section V, "Reporting Mechanism"). The model provider will handle the matter in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and its service terms.

II. User Responsibilities

When using the AI functions, users shall comply with applicable laws and regulations and this Agreement, and shall bear full responsibility for their input and for output generated using the AI functions. Users must ensure that all input provided to the AI functions, including but not limited to text, images, audio, and video, is lawful and proper, contains no illegal or non-compliant information, and does not infringe the lawful rights of any third party. Users must not use the AI functions for any of the following activities that violate the law or this Agreement, including but not limited to:

Users undertake not to attempt to circumvent or disrupt the security protection and compliance management mechanisms of the openKylin Operating System AI functions in any way. If a user violates these undertakings, the user shall bear all resulting consequences. The provider of the openKylin Operating System may take measures based on the violation, including warnings, deleting non-compliant content, suspending or terminating AI function services, and banning accounts. If the user's conduct is suspected of constituting a crime, the provider may submit relevant clues and data to competent judicial or regulatory authorities and cooperate with the investigation and legal proceedings.

III. Intellectual Property Protection

Users shall respect the intellectual property rights of the openKylin Operating System and relevant third parties, and shall ensure that their use of the AI functions does not infringe any third party's intellectual property or other lawful rights. In particular, users shall comply with the following rules:

Users understand and agree that the openKylin Operating System AI functions use reasonable technical measures to avoid obviously infringing output as far as possible, but do not guarantee that AI-generated content will never involve third-party rights. Users should therefore remain alert when using content obtained through the AI functions. If they discover a possible infringement of another person's rights, they should stop the relevant use immediately and promptly notify the provider for assistance.

IV. Compliance Reminder Mechanism

The openKylin Operating System has established a comprehensive compliance reminder mechanism in the design and operation of its AI functions to help users use them properly and safely:

During use of the AI functions, the operating system will provide prominent compliance reminders. For example, when an AI function is started for the first time or potentially sensitive content is entered, the system interface may display a prompt or warning reminding users to comply with applicable laws and this Agreement and not to generate or disseminate illegal or non-compliant content. Users may continue using the relevant function only after confirming that they understand and agree to these reminders. Users should take every compliance warning seriously and must not ignore, block, or bypass it. Compliance warnings are intended to strengthen users' awareness of lawful and compliant conduct and prevent violations.

V. Reporting Mechanism

The openKylin Operating System provides clear reporting channels so that users can supervise and provide feedback on the compliance of the AI functions. If a user discovers illegal or non-compliant AI output, or that another user has violated this Agreement while using the AI functions, the user may report it as follows:

Reporting platform: Users may follow the hyperlink to the model provider's official reporting and complaint platform to report infringing content.

After receiving a report, the model provider will promptly investigate and handle it, and will quickly delete or block verified illegal or non-compliant content. Depending on the circumstances, users responsible for violations may receive a warning, restrictions on function use, or suspension or cancellation of their account. AI service providers will report suspected crimes to the competent authorities in accordance with the law.

Reporters should provide as much detailed evidence as possible so that the AI service provider can efficiently handle the violation and jointly maintain a safe, lawful, and compliant online environment.

VI. Supplementary Provisions

This Agreement takes effect on the date of its publication and serves as the code of conduct for users of the openKylin Operating System AI functions, with contractual effect. Matters not covered by this Agreement shall be handled in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. If any term of this Agreement conflicts with applicable laws or regulations, the law or regulation shall prevail, and the remaining terms shall continue to bind users.

Users shall bear all legal responsibility arising from their violation of this Agreement or applicable laws and regulations. The provider of the openKylin Operating System assumes no joint liability. This Agreement is intended to maintain a sound, safe, and lawful environment for using the AI functions, and users should comply with the above terms voluntarily.
